A Design Leader and Storyteller driving Impact.

Holly is a first generation Australian (the daughter of Sri Lankan immigrants), who lives and works in the US, currently leading Product Design and UX at Code and Theory agency.

Her experience spans 11+ years over UX/Product Design and Strategy —embedded in teams like Nike, Google, PwC, and Clover —as well as building 0-1 products at startups and social enterprises around the world - Australia, Japan and Singapore and now the US, to name a few.

In addition, Holly’s work also explores impact for change. She’s co-founded a mental health startup called Limbr, whose mission was to make mental healthcare more acceptable and more accessible and recently launched ‘Brown Ceremony,’ an online journal celebrating art, film, and culture across the South Asian diaspora.

A Strategic Design Director leading with authenticity

  • Experiences are at the heart of everything we do. They connect us to one another and profoundly shape how we navigate the world. It’s important to ensure that our experiences reflect our values and behavior.

Through research, data and insights across online and offline touch-points, Holly’s work uncovers the truth and the why behind the decisions we make.

  • As creators we navigate many complex questions. In today’s world it feels imperative that we ask ourselves how we go all-in to create real impact that affects change in people’s lives.

Holly defines impact and change through zero-to-one experiences and products that activate and mobilize organizational and individual purpose.

  • Sustainable, transformative impact that fosters compassion and care for each other and our world is important now more than ever.

Holly guides action through strategy and long term vision that compels businesses and inspires individuals to think about their future.

  • Creating solutions that improve personal safety, quality of life and considers all people is necessary for progress and change.

Holly aims to remove barriers through accessible and inclusive design so that all people can move with ease regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, size, ability or cognition.
